Copper Base Catalyst Powders
SCM has produced catalysts for the production of silanes since the 1970’s. We have a dedicated research and manufacturing team, and laboratory reactors that simulate commercial reactors.
SCM offers a family of copper base mixed metal oxide and copper flake catalyst engineered to customer requirements.
Catalyst powders are offered with elemental promoters to enhance rector production rates and yields.
Catalyst powders are designed to:
- Increase dimethyldichlorosilane (Di) yields
- Reduce residue
- Increase reactor activity
- Increase silicon metal utilization
