"Recently, the Brazing Alloys Division of Tricon Industries, Inc. announced that it
would no longer be supplying brazing pastes and would be winding down its
operations. However, in the last few days a change has occurred in the business
and I am pleased to announce that we completed a sale of the paste line to SCM
